From the opening of its very first restaurant in Soho, London in 1997 that introduced the ‘Kaiten’ conveyor belt to British diners, to a business with over 100 restaurants across the world, YO! is seen by many as the pioneer of the Asian food revolution. Increased competition, rising business rates and labour costs and reduced consumer discretionary spending have resulted in a 5% decline in sales across the sector YoY.

From the YO! Kiosk’s in Britain’s biggest supermarket, to an entirely new grab and perch concept in London and a new premium casual experience that adopted the Japanese ‘Izakia’ concept in Ireland
