A bit about ZAG and what we are looking for
Zag is an independent consultancy, experts at finding creative ways to fuel growth. We are looking for strategists to work with us across various levels of seniority and engagement models (from project based to contract based to full time to anything in between)
So what makes a ZAG strategist?
We do not have a singular answer but…..

What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for smart – defined as the ability to connect the apparently unconnected, at speed. We are looking for someone who can help our clients take brave decisions around growing their business, from new propositions, new brands, new business models to new partnerships. We are looking for someone who is excited by working within a start-up environment and with start-ups. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and see ZAG as a unique opportunity to develop their skills and their network
What we think you might have done?
In the early part of your career, you might have had some rigorous training enabling you to approach any problem with the right strategic framework encompassing:
- Strategic commercial analysis
- Consumer / customer research and insight generation
- Proposition development & validation
You might then have gained further exposure to helping bring new opportunities to market including:
- Business planning
- Brand development and implementation
- Global roll-outs of new brands or propositions
You might even have been tempted to work in a start-up, manage a line of business within an organisation or simply work for a brand that you admired.
As for the practical details, we are flexible, from title to package to ways of working.
