Increased competition, rising business rates and labour costs and reduced consumer discretionary spending have resulted in a 5% decline in sales across the sector YoY.

From the YO! Kiosk’s in Britain’s biggest supermarket, to an entirely new grab and perch concept in London and a new premium casual experience that adopted the Japanese ‘Izakia’ concept in Ireland
